Participation in this event is only possible with a personal invitation from one of the organising partners. There is no participation fee.

Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible in order to benefit from cheaper travel costs. 

Please note that travel expenses cannot be covered. Each participant travels on his/her own charge.

Registration for Polylogue III – Improving the quality and reach of arts and cultural Education in Europe includes:

  1. Bus transfer from Munich to Wildbad Kreuth on 17 May (4:00 pm) and return on 20 May 2015 (2:30 pm). (Later arrivals and earlier departures have to be covered by the participants themselves. Representatives of a European foundation who have to leave on 19 May due to the EFC Annual General Assembly and Conference in Milan will be offered a separate bus transfer that day.)
  2. Three nights' accommodation at the Conference Centre of Hanns Seidel Foundation at Wildbad Kreuth.
  3. All meals at Wildbad Kreuth (drinks not included).
  4. Admission to all sessions of the Polylogue III on Arts Education.
  5. Conference materials.
  6. Coffee/tea during breaks.
  7. Concert on 19 May 2015.

The conference will be held at Wildbad Kreuth, a former spa 65 kilometres south of Munich, close to lake Tegernsee in the mountains of the Bavarian Alps.
